Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase so we can process your return.
For change-of-mind returns:
- If your order qualified for free shipping, both the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If shipping was paid at checkout, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair care, skincare products, or skincare devices.
All items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
